About James

James is a credentialed Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation.  

He coaches internally in a large corporate environment and volunteers as a mindset, career, and executive coach at Project Placed www.projectplaced.org.au a volunteer kindness coach with the Bambuddha group www.bambuddhagroup.com, and an organisation coach for Make a Wish www.makeawish.org.au

In his coaching practice, James applies a strengths based and mindset focused approach to challenge the status quo, the beliefs and assumptions and potential “blind spots” which may be interfering with someone’s true potential.  James believes people are inherently resourceful who need support to remove the interference and roadblocks which get in the way of achieving short, medium, and long term goals and dreams.
